Project Management: Independently and collaboratively managed projects to meet client deadlines, including the production of print material, mounting and timely shipment to align with trial dates.

Social Media Management: Successfully executed the responsibility of managing and posting weekly company announcements on various social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Managed the design, production and shipment of the annual company holiday card.

Conference Representation: Actively participated in multiple conferences, leveraging the opportunity to engage with prospective clients. Effectively communicated the benefits of demonstrative evidence in legal trials, contributing to the expansion of the client base.

Deliverables: Exceeded client expectations by providing multiple options for final deliverables of demonstratives which included printing and mounting demonstratives on foam core boards with acetate overlays, packaging and delivering to shipping center in time to the client for trial.

A multifaceted role involving meticulous planning, preparation, and execution of department events. The role extends beyond event planning to include leadership in conducting campus tours for program candidates, where inquiries and concerns were addressed, contributing to a positive experience.

Event Management: Orchestrated the planning, preparation, and execution of department events, ensuring their success.

Campus Tours: Assumed a leadership role in guiding program candidates through campus tours, providing detailed information and responding to questions, thereby enhancing their understanding and facilitate informed decision-making and fostering a positive impression of the university.

Studio Workspace Maintenance: Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in maintaining studio workspace, creating an environment conducive to optimal learning for all program participants.

2021 Body Donor Memorial Service: Effectively prepared and delivered a speech in honor of the Body Donors and their impact on the Augusta University Medical Illustration Graduate Program to the Donors' families, faculty and staff at Augusta University.

As a versatile team member, I filled a dynamic role encompassing front desk reception, innovative menu design, and attentive hospitality as a TitleHolders and Banquet Server.

Member Interaction: Acted as the first point of contact for club members, receiving calls and inquiries, and effectively directing members to various departments. Ensured seamless communication to meet members' diverse needs.

Menu Design: Applied creativity and detail in crafting menu layouts as well as illustrations that not only appealed aesthetically but also communicated menu offerings. Strived to enhance overall dining experience through thoughtful presentation.

Salesmanship: Actively engaged in menu presentation and communication, employing strategies to promote sales and elevate members' dining experience. Demonstrated a commitment to driving revenue and ensuring member satisfaction.
